Specialized

Collision Repair With an Eye for Every Detail

Bentley vehicles can combine sophisticated structural materials, complex electronics, advanced driver-assistance technology and highly refined exterior finishes. Our approach starts with understanding the full extent of the damage and developing the repair around the specific vehicle in front of us. Every stage receives careful attention, including structural accuracy, panel fitment, refinishing, reassembly and final quality checks.

Our Process

Our Bentley Collision Repair Process

From your first inspection through final pickup, we’ll keep you informed while giving your Bentley the thoughtful, detail-focused attention it deserves.

Assess the Damage

We begin with a thorough inspection of your Bentley to identify visible and hidden collision damage. Our team evaluates affected components and systems, develops the repair plan and explains what we’ve found before work moves forward.

Authorize Repairs

Once the repair plan is approved, our technicians carefully move through the required bodywork, structural repairs, refinishing and reassembly. Throughout the process, we’ll keep you informed about your vehicle and any additional damage identified during repairs.

Final Checks & Pickup

Before returning your Bentley, we carefully review the completed repair, including panel alignment, fit and finish, refinished surfaces and applicable vehicle systems. The repair isn’t complete until the finished work meets our quality standards.

Bentley Body & Structural Repair

A collision can affect far more than the exterior panels of your Bentley. We carefully evaluate the vehicle for underlying structural damage and use advanced repair and measuring equipment to restore proper alignment, fit and integrity.

Precision Bentley Refinishing

The finish is part of what makes a Bentley unmistakable. Our refinishing process focuses on accurate color matching, careful preparation and consistency between repaired and adjacent surfaces to produce a finish worthy of the vehicle.

Advanced Vehicle Systems

Modern Bentley vehicles incorporate sophisticated electronics, cameras, sensors and driver-assistance technology. Collision damage and repairs can affect these interconnected systems, making proper diagnostics and applicable post-repair procedures an important part of restoring the complete vehicle.

Give Your Bentley the Attention It Deserves

Your Bentley isn’t an ordinary vehicle, and we don’t approach its repair like one. Bring it to Body Builders Auto for thoughtful collision repair, careful craftsmanship and a team that understands why the details matter.

FAQ

Questions about our collision repair services and process.

How long does collision repair take?

Collision repair timelines vary depending on the vehicle and the extent of the damage. Before providing an estimated completion date, our team completes a full disassembly to identify hidden damage, researches the manufacturer-required repair procedures for your vehicle, and confirms the availability of the necessary parts.

Once your vehicle is dropped off for repair, it goes through our complete blueprint process. We typically provide the full repair blueprint and an update within 48 to 72 hours. This allows us to give you a repair timeline based on what your vehicle actually needs rather than an estimate we can’t stand behind.

Do you work with auto insurance companies?

Yes. Body Builders Automotive works with insurance companies, but we work for you, not your insurance company. We are a 100% pro-consumer collision repair facility.

Our team prepares, submits, and presents the documentation required for your claim directly to your insurance carrier on your behalf. Body Builders Automotive is not a contracted repair shop for any insurance company, with the exception of Chubb and PURE. This independence allows us to build your repair plan around the procedures required by your vehicle’s manufacturer rather than the limitations of an insurance carrier’s contract.

Are you certified to repair my vehicle?

Body Builders Automotive is certified to repair vehicles from more than 20 major European, American, and Asian automotive brands. Visit our Brands page to see our manufacturer certifications and find your vehicle’s brand.

What warranty do you offer on collision repairs?

We stand behind our collision repair work with a limited warranty. Our workmanship is guaranteed for as long as you own your vehicle, while replacement parts are covered according to the warranty provided by their manufacturer.

If you have a concern with work performed by Body Builders Automotive, bring your vehicle back to us for an inspection.

Can I get a free collision repair estimate?

Yes. You can use the Instant Estimate tool on our website to submit photos of your vehicle’s damage and receive a preliminary repair cost range at no charge and with no obligation.

Keep in mind that a photo estimate is a starting point, not a final repair price. Collision damage can extend beneath the vehicle’s exterior and cannot always be identified from photos alone. An accurate final repair cost can only be determined after your vehicle has gone through our complete blueprint process.

You can also schedule a repair consultation with our team to discuss the insurance claims process, your vehicle’s repair needs, and what to expect throughout the repair.
